Great Oak Church is prayerfully seeking a part-time Worship Director to join our staff. This vital role involves planning and leading worship services that create space for meaningful connection with God for a multi-generational congregation.

The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian with a mature faith, experience in serving in or leading worship ministry (preferably contemporary worship), and strong musical abilities. He or she will work closely with our pastoral team to create cohesive worship experiences that complement the teaching, while also recruiting, training, and shepherding our talented volunteer worship team members.

This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, technological proficiency with worship planning tools, and a heart for ministry. As part of our church family, the Worship Director will actively participate in the broader life of Great Oak Church beyond their specific ministry responsibilities.
